As the name suggests, crimp covers are used to cover crimps (or knots) for a neat finish. Choose a size slightly larger than your crimp; the best results can be achieved by using crimping pliers to flatten and fold your crimp first. Then slip the cover over the top and close gently with pliers, it should resemble a small metal bead.
